- Baptism Certificate (both partners)
- Liber status / single status certificate from Parish Priest in your country
- Letter from Parish Priest Church official declaring that the person is free to get married (Original)
- Letter from Parrish Priest in your country delegating this ceremony is to be taken care by Catholic Church in Bali (Original)
- Original pre-nuptial certificate and pre-nuptial course
- Passport copy of 2 witnesses
- 6 pieces of side by side photograph size 4x6 (the groom is on the right hand side of the bride)
- Letter of No Impediment to Marriage from the Consulate
