RATES
- All rates are quoted in US dollars by Impian Bali Weddings.
- These rates are subject to change anytime prior to final confirmation of the specific event
BOOKING
- Bookings are made in written to Impian Bali Weddings (by fax, mail or e-mail).
- Confirmation of the possible wedding details is issued after the booking form received.
- Bookings affected by acts of war, terrorism, or natural disaster are to be dealt with on a case by case basis.
PAYMENT
- Deposit 35% from the total price must be received by Impian Bali Wedding before processing documents and other arrangements.
- The balance payment must be settled a week prior to the wedding day.
EXTRA CHARGE
- There is an extra charge of USD 50 if the wedding held on weekend, Sunday and public holiday.
- There is an extra charge for Banjar fee and function fee if required.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a booking result in forfeiture of deposits and payments made such as:
- Cancellation a month prior to wedding is 10% from the total price
- Cancellation two week prior to wedding is 25% from the total price
- Cancellation a week prior to wedding is 50% from the total price
- Cancellation a day prior to wedding is 100% from the total price
